Social media banner sizes 2026

Banner sizes change often, and a cropped logo looks careless. Here are the formats we use in 2026 (always check each network's help centre).

Facebook cover: 1640 × 624 px. LinkedIn company cover: 1128 × 191 px. X header: 1500 × 500 px. YouTube banner: 2560 × 1440 px with a 1546 × 423 px safe area. Profile pictures: export at least 400 × 400 px.

Feed posts work best at 4:5 (1080 × 1350 px) and stories at 9:16 (1080 × 1920 px). Keep text away from the top and bottom 250 px of stories.
